Sharna Le-Grand may have started her music career singing to the cows adjacent to her country schoolyard, but it wouldn't be long until she was wowing international crowds as a lead-singer in a major Japanese stage show.

Growing up listening to her grandfather's beloved country music, Sharna quickly developed a love for the genre and dreamed of being on the stage. She has been putting in the hard yards since well before her teens and was excelling in singing lessons at just 11 years old.

Sharna spent the rest of her teens developing her voice and expanding her musical tastes, and after a stint on the Johnny Young Show and three months in Japan performing in a stage musical, she began to build her profile on the NSW country circuit where her Dolly Parton tribute show became an instant favourite.

Since then Sharna has showcased her talents in a plethora of production shows, cruise ship entertainment, weddings and corporate events, and the classically-trained singer is comfortable performing across a variety of genres from country and rock 'n' roll to light opera.

She's also one half of Sweet Talk - her popular duet with internationally acclaimed instrumentalist Danny Elliott. Sharna was also recently recognised for her talents with her nomination for the 'Female Variety Vocalist of the Year' award at the 2007 MO Awards.

Today, Sharna continues to focus on her solo career and is currently taking bookings for performances across the country.
